Calling in for pre-registration
We are calling MILSET Europe member and partner organisations' attention that the electronic pre registration will be held between 2nd January and 15th February 2008.
We are kindly asking those organisations who are willing to send deligations to the ESE 2008 to send the following information:
1. The name, nationality, personal contact member's name and the e-mail addresses of the organisations as well as
2. The number of the young participants and the number of the accompanying adults and the number of exposition projects
After having complied the pre-registration forms, that is from 15th February, we are sending acception letters to each registered organisation.
In the case of non-European organisations MILSET will consider their acceptations due to the number of European applicants.
The final registration with every detail that is neccesary for the organisations to be prepared for ESE 2008 will be between third of March and 30th of May 2008.
Conditions of registration fee for the participants of ESE 2008The proportion of the students/their accompanying adults: 4:1
The registrations fee per students - I
Meeting the above requirements is 230 €
The registraions fee per students - II.
Sstudents and accompanying adults beyond the proportion above 350 €
The registrations fee per person - III.
VIP 500 €
